Kenmore Waterfront Activity Center
(KWAC) is a local non-profit group partnering with the City of Kenmore to provide a strong, hand-powered watercraft community. All ages* and all levels of experience are welcome. Weekly program times vary. Each club offers free trial time. (*Under 18 requires adult permission/waiver and each program may require adult to stay onsite.)

The Kenmore Waterfront Activities Center offers canoe, kayak and SUP storage at Tl’ awh-ah-dees Park for a nominal fee. This service is provided on a 6 month basis and can be renewed for up to two years at which time you must resubmit your request. It’s asked you store nothing longer than 17 feet and it must fit with less than 1 foot of overhang on a rack.

Kenmore Community Rowing Club provides an inclusive rowing programs for all ages and skill levels, including Junior crew (age 12+), Adult Learn-to-Row, and Adult (“Masters”) Novice and Experienced rowing. Click here to visit their website and see what programs are currently available.
WhatsSup operates seasonally at Log Boom Park from late spring to early fall offering stand up paddleboards and kayak rentals, lessons and year-round boat storage. For more information visit www.whatssup.net
Kayak Rentals: WhatsSup offers single and double (two person) kayak rentals. Our kayaks are great for two adults and one toddler 5 years or younger. We offer a variety of kayaks - sit-on-tops are the most popular: easy to get in and out! We supply the paddles, PFD's (30 lbs and over) for all rentals, and, of course, instruction.Must be 18+ years or older to rent. Under 18 parent must accompany minor on the water.
SUP/Paddle Board Rentals: (PFD) Personnel Floatation Device, paddle, leash are included with rental. One person only allowed on a paddle board.

Kenmore Kayak Storage, you can store your paddle craft with starting at just $1.00 per day with a one year contract plus WA sales tax. Easy access in our fenced in storage area available dawn to dusk.
In addition to our storage services, Kenmore Kayak Storage offers take away rentals. Our take away rentals can be used on any calm river or lake, as our paddle craft are designed for only calm waters.

The City of Kenmore is very fortunately located on the north end of Lake Washington, and is therefore a hub for waterfront activities for people of all ages. Kenmore also features one of the only state-owned boat launches on North Lake Washington, open year-round. This is a Life Jacket Loaner Station location.
